Having worked in the corporate world for 20 years, I retrained to be able to work in an area I love.

I’ve been personal training for 15 years now and many of my clients have stayed loyal to me over that time because I get them results and because they get the very most out of every hour they spend with me. My simple philosophy is to make exercise enjoyable and varied to help my clients achieve their goals. The body reacts best to different training parameters so I try to make your workout the very best for your goals and needs.

About me

I’m a mature and reliable trainer who is used to balancing exercise and a healthy lifestyle with the rigours of every day life, whether that’s bring up kids, or the corporate world. I understand how hard it can be and I can help you to get the results you want in the most effective way. I can help with nutrition plans too, and have lots of experience in all types of exercise and training, from boxing, functional exercise, triathlon, racket sports, skiing and endurance events.

Locations

I can come to you in your home, bringing enough equipment to make sure you have a great workout every time. All we will need is some space, or the garden.

I can train you in a quiet, fully equipped gym mid-way between Marlow and Henley at the management college. It has everything you’ll need and the bonus of a fabulous location on the edge of the river. We can even go down to the water’s edge on a nice day and train by the river.
